Terms vary but are typically 10% or less down payment with convenient monthly payments at reasonable interest rates. 1. The first step is to choose your property. 2. Choose the terms options, if offered. 3. Pay the down payment and any required document preparation fee. 4. We send you a copy of the deed (click to see sample), other paperwork required by the county where the property is located, and a copy of the purchase contract (Contract for Deed Click to see sample) and possibly other paperwork. 5. You sign Contract For Deed, which guarantees that you will get your deed and that protects us in case you don't follow through with the payments. 4.
